I act as the bridge between WHOLE Festival and its international community, managing support, moderation, and communication across official channels, DMs, and comments. My work blends care, conflict mediation, and brand protection with queer, intersectional, and political awareness, balancing responsibility to the individual, the community, and the festival. This includes answering practical questions, handling sensitive reports, and escalating cases to the right teams, always keeping the human, accountable tone that defines WHOLE.
